Analysis

Analysis is the very first step in a campaign.
The first step is to analysis the situation the business is in.You want to see what you need to improve on you so you will look at many aspects such as Increase brand awareness,increase sales,increase customer retention and reduce cost per acquisition of customers.You must conduct some research on rival competitors and see how they are doing in the market. The target market must be identified along with the company's goals and objectives.You have to decide will the campaign will be aimed at a specific age range.This is where all the research is done.Research could include looking up rival company's and similar campaigns.

Development

The development could also be known as the production stage. Here the company will have to decide what tools they are going to use such as display ads, mobile, email and social media.To run a successful campaign teamwork and cooperation is essential.This means meeting will have to occur and contacting team members by email or mobile.Search engine optimisation is very important when running a business campaign because you want your website or campaign to show up on the first page of google so people will see because people rarely go and look past the first page.Research will have to be done to understand how SEO works. SEO takes a lot of time and effort and isn't worth it if the campaign isn't going to be big or last long.You will want to be attracting people to your social media accounts so the information you are posting will have to be interesting to keep the users coming back.It isnt any good if your social media team posts once a week you will have to be updating your social media regularly.




 Implementation 

The implementation stage is when the gathering of information stage.This stage refers to gathering the information you collected,and putting them into action.You need to have planned in advance what you will be posting onto your social media.This stage is when all your social media and creating a logo for your campaign.This stage is very stressful because it will tell you if your social media campaign is a success or a fail.

Control

This stage is when you find out if your campaign was a success or failed. It is very important to share relevant pages, information and websites onto your pages. May it be on Facebook, Twitter etc.It is important to monitor how successful the campaign was and how successful you though it may be.You have to look at  the successful areas of your campaign and the not so succesful. You will be able to see how successful it is on various websites on how much users and traffic you got and other facts.Customer feedback is important because not everyone might not like something new you've implemented into it and you can make various changes to make all customers happy.
